It would be good to have an image for each kitchen object with the Kinyarwanda word and English translation thereof. Read the Kinyarwanda words and request students to repeat after you. Use those wods in sentences with verb kugira ‘have’ (in affirmative and negative form). For example: Mfite amasahane makumyabiri n’ane ariko simfite ibyuma ‘I have twenty-four plates, but I don’t have knives’.
